Ordering & Shipping
Our processing time for orders is as follows: Same Day Shipping is available on business days Monday through Friday for orders placed before 11 AM PST. If you place your order after 11 AM PST, it will be processed the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your order. Your order status will appear "Unfulfilled" until it has shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the history of your orders + current status by logging into your account.
Can I modify my order once placed?
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us using the form above within 1 hour of your order being placed. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee any changes beyond 1 hour of your order being placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Do you accept international orders?
We do not offer international orders or shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Please note we do not offer the ability to split payments between multiple payment methods.
What is your Return Policy?
We currently only accept returns for an incorrect or defective item within 30 days of the delivery date. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team using the form above and provide your order number and photos of the product. We require these photos to validate your claim and will replace the item for free. Our CS team typically responds within 24 hours.
For approved returns we will provide a refund of the items to your original payment method.
